3 sessions, about an hour each, one per week for 3 weeks, plus the outreach you do between them. Sessions are evenings so they fit around your day. The results come from the reps in between, so expect to put in real hours there.
No honest coach can guarantee that. It depends on you doing the work. What I guarantee is the exact system, and me in your corner reviewing everything until it's dialled in. Do the reps and the first client is very reachable in the window.
